Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage recruitment strategies for Italian and international students.
- Promote academic programs during events, fairs, and through institutional partnerships.
- Organize and coordinate Open Days (online and on-campus) and informational webinars.
- Participate in College Fairs and national student recruitment events.
- Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams based in Switzerland for lead generation and promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with international schools. **Requirements**: - Freelance contract (self-employed with VAT registration).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree,

preferably in business, marketing, or communications.
- Proven experience in education recruitment, sales, or marketing.
- Excellent presentation skills and command of English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, results-oriented, and internationally minded.
