**Role overview**:
Join our Student Success Team to support Italian high school students and their families on their academic journeys in an international context. You will guide them through enrollment, course selection, and day-to-day questions while collaborating closely with partner institutions in the USA and schools in Italy. This role is fully remote and part-time in the afternoons, making it a great fit if you enjoy people-focused work, clear communication, and creating smooth experiences for students. **What you will do**: - Support students during enrollment, course selection, and throughout their learning path.
- Monitor academic progress and respond to questions from students and parents.
- Communicate in English with partner institutions in the USA.
- Collaborate with Italian schools to coordinate activities and share updates.
- Handle administrative tasks such as entering student data and supporting payment plan processes.
- Act as a reliable, friendly point of contact for students and families. **Who we are looking for**: - You are based in Italy and available to work remotely.




- You speak Italian fluently and are comfortable supporting Italian students and families.
- You have a good working knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
- You have experience or a strong interest in education, student support, or international programs.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing ongoing processes.
