Sr. Deployment Vendor Manager, Robotics Delivery & Packaging InnovationAs the primary owner of Amazon's deployment vendor ecosystem, you drive end-to-end vendor strategy, onboarding, and performance to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality deployments. You work across supply chain, procurement, and site operations to coordinate multi-technology rollouts across Europe. This role blends strategic vendor management with hands‑on deployment support in a fast‑paced, ownership‑driven environment. A meaningful impact comes from shaping vendor capabilities and quality improvements at scale.

- Define vendor qualification protocols and contracts and liaise with senior executives from top selling partners
- Set goals and strategic direction aligned with business vision, including cost, quality, and safety improvements
- Establish KPIs for vendor services and report on performance, issues, and resolutions; onboard vendors into internal systems
- Create business cases and manage budgets for in‑year projects and long‑term partnerships
- Analyze safety/quality/performance gaps and drive continuous improvement with vendors
- Collaborate with technical leaders to influence product improvement roadmap based on vendor capabilities
- Demonstrate program management and lead cross‑functional meetings with vendors
- Travel to engage with vendors and incorporate customer feedback into management strategies
- Coordinate with multiple teams across regions to ensure seamless vendor execution xbvzest across technologies
- Bachelor's degree in STEM
- Experience in procurement/vendor managem
