Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina seeks a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join the pre-opening and ongoing pastry kitchen operations. You will assist with desserts, pastries and bakery items, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to Mandarin Oriental standards, reporting to the Pastry Chef de Partie and Head Pastry Chef.
