**Product Line Manager - Mobile**:

**Location**: Italy **Position Overview**:
The Product Line Manager (PLM) is a global role responsible for end-to-end business management of **Mobile DR products within the digital imaging portfolio**. This includes developing roadmap strategies, understanding market needs, defining pricing, supporting commercialization, and managing the full product lifecycle from launch to phase-out. The PLM works closely with regional teams and cross-functional colleagues across all disciplines and geographies to ensure products meet market requirements and achieve business objectives. **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop and maintain competitive intelligence on product features, specifications, and market positioning.
- Define product roadmaps, including feature set, specifications, and cost optimization.
- Analyze total cost of ownership and optimize solutions to meet customer needs.
- Build business cases for new and follow-on products or components.
- Gather customer feedback and translate it into product requirements in collaboration with R&D; and external partners.
- Make priority and trade-off decisions during new product commercialization.
- Collaborate with regional business managers to define Go-To-Market strategies, including pricing and channel approach.
- Lead new product launches and ensure successful commercialization to meet business objectives.
- Manage product lifecycle, including discontinuance and phase-out activities.




- Coordinate internal and external communications related to product strategy, launch, and market updates.
- Work cross-functionally with teams in development, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and service. **Additional Responsibilities**: - May receive additional temporary or ongoing tasks from the supervisor depending on business needs.
- Must be familiar with quality management systems.
- Must adhere to workplace safety, security policies, and standard business conduct guidelines. **Requirements**:
**Education**: - Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. **Experience**: - Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in the **radiology market**.
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience, including service, marketing, and/or sales of capital imaging equipment.
- Preferred: 2-3 years' experience with imaging equipment components and Mobile DR systems.
- Knowledge of competitive landscape, pricing, and key product features/components.
- International experience in sales, service, or marketing is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams. **Skills & Competencies**: - Ability to create strategy based on market needs, internal capabilities, and system requirements.
- Strong understanding of customer decision-making, including end users and channel partners.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across multiple regions and cultures.
- Business process oriented, proactive, and independent.
- Ability to interact with senior management and maintain cross-functional relationships.
