**Marketing Specialist - Strategic Marketing** **Location**: Italy

**Reporting to**: Strategic Marketing Director **Position Overview** We are looking for a person who will lead and coordinate digital marketing initiatives, contribute to the definition and execution of demand generation and brand awareness campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to develop segment-specific content aimed at attracting and engaging potential clients. **Key Responsibilities**
- Act as a liaison between the strategic marketing team and regional marketing specialists to implement effective international lead-generation programs, increase product awareness, and deliver value-based messaging and sales tools aligned with regional targets.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to develop and execute international marketing campaigns supporting direct and distributor channels, including advertising, trade shows, events, lead nurturing initiatives, promotions, and marketing/sales content.
- For assigned medical products, develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including trade shows, channel marketing programs, and communications. Monitor execution and performance while coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.
- Manage periodic communications with channel partners regarding products, programs, and marketing initiatives.
- Use CRM tools to track marketing campaigns, generate contact lists, and monitor sales and marketing performance.
- Work closely with internal marketing teams and external agency partners to ensure effective messaging, creative direction, legal and regulatory compliance, and adherence to budgets and timelines.
- Support the organization and promotion of products at regional and international trade shows and events, including exhibit planning, promotional opportunities, speaking engagements, and demonstration logistics.
- Assist in planning and executing advertising and social media strategies for assigned products, ensuring optimal use of marketing budgets.
- Serve as a strategic marketing contact for assigned products, analyzing digital performance metrics such as website traffic, digital media placement, and paid search performance (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Support and execute product launches in alignment with overall marketing strategy, budgets, and annual operating plans. **Requirements**:
**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- A master's or advanced degree is considered a plus. **Experience**
- Minimum of **3 years of experience in strategic marketing/marketing communications.**: - Experience in **Medical companies**: - Experience working within global or international marketing organizations.
- Experience managing social media channels and campaigns.
- Experience creating marketing materials for internal and external communications (portfolio or writing samples may be requested).
- Experience collaborating with external agencies to produce marketing materials such as brochures, photography, and videos.
- Strong understanding of modern marketing strategies, digital communication trends, and marketing best practices. **Skills & Competencies**: - Working experience in medical device marketing is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to occasionally travel International and Domestic.
