Job Overview

The ICT B2B CRM & Loyalty Business Analyst supports the design and evolution of CRM, Loyalty, and Customer Engagement solutions for B2B environments, with a specific focus on dealer, partner, and distribution networks.
The role focuses on

understanding the specific needs and operating models of B2B stakeholders, making possible to harmonize CRM experience at dealer side

when B2B customer must be managed.
It will be required to

optimize and uniform the process among all Stellantis Brands , so to

improve B2B tool adaptation and their efficiency .

Building a strong B2B well-structured DB

is one of the main goal of the role.
