- Monitor HSE training and competency requirements, identify gaps, coordinate training activities and ensure qualifications remain valid and up to date.
- Coordinate occupational health activities, including medical appointments, fitness-to-work records, and compliance monitoring for employees across office, service and site operations.
- Coordinate PPE and workwear management, including procurement, distribution, inventory tracking and record keeping for employees and site personnel.
- Maintain and organize HSE databases, qualification platforms and document management systems, ensuring accurate records, timely submissions and efficient access to information.
- Support the development of relevant HSE deliverables (e.g. POS, DVR, DUVRI, PSC, work instructions, operational instructions and forms).
Qualifications
- Degree in Tecniche della Prevenzione nell'Atmosfera e nei Luoghi di Lavoro (TPALL), Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, similar.
- ASPP qualification or willingness to obtain it.
- Basic knowledge of Italian HSE legislation (D.Lgs. 81/08).
- Fluency in Italian and English.

Compensation
- Basic wage component (gross): 41000 euros per year
- This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
