Your eye for design is what brings digital content to life. You’ll learn how to take creative concepts and turn them into social-first ads for premium hotels—the kind of visuals that don't just look great, but actually trigger wanderlust and crush performance goals. Our design team will be right there with you, providing mentorship, creative sparring, and real-time feedback.

Plus, you’ll have the data to back it up: we use real numbers, reviews, and performance metrics to guide our work. You’ll develop a deep understanding of how design, emotion, and tech come together to grab attention and drive serious market success for our partner hotels. For us, design isn't just about looking pretty—it’s a key driver for performance.

You’ll help craft digital creatives for existing concepts that pop and convert—whether it’s for social media, Google Ads, or voucher marketing. You’ll be building animated ads and putting a creative spin on client brand guidelines to turn them into major visual statements.

You won't be flying solo, either. By staying on top of the latest ad concepts, tech, and best practices, you’ll continuously sharpen your craft until you’re ready to develop your own ads and concepts for our premium clients. Creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for pixel-perfect execution.

Deep appreciation for great design and aesthetics, combined with a solid understanding of the underlying technology. Awareness of current trends in travel and online marketing, with a natural curiosity for new media.



Initial experience with animation and video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or Creatopy.

Hands-on experience with screen design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Review of your submitted data as well as pre-selection First meeting without in-depth technical knowledge in the context of a telephone interview Second in-depth interview with your future supervisor to discuss your professional qualifications and to clarify mutual expectations Assessment day to test your skills and abilities and to give you an overview of your future tasks In addition to the cultural introduction by our People & Culture team and the continuous support during the induction period from your supervisor and your motivated team colleagues, we will also provide you with two people specifically to support you. Your tutor will be responsible for your professional concerns, while your buddy will take care of your social integration during the first few weeks.

Our bright offices are spread over 100m² in Innsbruck, around 650m² in the Lana office and over 1000m² in the Bolzano office, which opened at the beginning of 2024. In both modern offices there are common rooms and lounges including kitchens, in Innsbruck a green communal balcony, in Bolzano additional power nap facilities, various retreats, checkroom lockers and even showers for all sporty bike commuters. Work is carried out at ergonomic, electronically height-adjustable desks with adjustable chairs.

Our modern cloud/IT infrastructure enables us to work remotely or from our international locations at any time.
