Now hiring: Guest Relations Manager
We are looking for someone who can turn a stay into a memorable experience. More than a warm welcome: presence, attentive listening and the ability to anticipate what a guest wants before they ask for it.

Your role

Welcoming guests and managing the relationship throughout their stay

Handling bookings, availability and guest flows through our management systems (PMS/channel manager)

Anticipating requests and proactively managing needs and issues

Coordinating the department's daily operations and the team





Monitoring guest satisfaction and online reviews

What we are looking for

Experience in guest relations, front office or hospitality roles

Confident use of the main booking management systems

Excellent Italian and English; a third language is a plus

Empathy, poise and a strong service orientation

Organisational xbvzest skills and the ability to coordinate a small team

Fast problem solving and composure during peak times
