- Support to the **Quality function**, including complaint handling, **Product Quality Review (**PQR) analysis, and tender request management.




- Assistance in **managing temperature excursions**of incoming products as well as products from the production site.
- Support in **handling product** and** service complaints**.
- Participation in **conference calls**and internal meetings.
- Preparation of **Excel reports, Excel files, and PowerPoint presentations.** **About you**
- Master’s degree in **Scientific**field (**Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry etc.**)
- Fluent **English**(level C1)
- Good knowledge of **Excel**and **PowerPoint**
- **Accuracy**, **passion**for excellence and **organizational**skills
