As we expand, we’re looking for team members who want to grow with us and be part of something long-term. **Role Overview** The Meeting Point Coordinator is the **first point of contact** for our guests and plays a key role in setting the tone for their experience. You’ll represent the Let’s See Italy brand, welcome clients, and ensure they feel comfortable, informed, and excited at the start of their tour. **Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome and check in guests at the Colosseum meeting point
- Provide clear instructions and directions for tours
- Ensure a smooth and organized start to each tour
- Communicate with tour guides and internal team members
- Assist guests with basic questions and support needs
- Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner at all times **Requirements**:



- Fluent in **English** (required)
- Basic **Spanish** (required)
- Ability to **reliably commute to the Colosseum area**: - Availability for **morning shifts starting at 8:00 AM**: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, punctual, and customer-focused
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus **What We Offer**
