As Director Operations, you are accountable for the successful execution of construction projects and the effective allocation of resources across the business.
- You ensure projects are delivered in line with cost, schedule, quality, and contractual commitments, while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. In this leadership role, you act as a key interface between executive management, project teams, and global stakeholders. **Explore your tasks and responsibilities**: - Lead construction execution across assigned projects and ensure delivery of project margin targets
- Develop and implement efficient construction execution plans (cost, schedule, resources)
- Provide construction support for projects and proposals




- Monitor and report project performance to senior management and executive stakeholders
- Define and recommend project staffing and team structures
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and contractual requirements
- Drive continuous improvement, performance management, and team development **Show your expertise**: - Proven track record in successfully delivering complex construction projects
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Solid expertise in construction and project management
- Structured and strategic approach to operations and execution
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Italian and English (C1 Level)
