About the Role As our new General Services in Milan, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of operations within our tech company.
Your responsibilities will include managing orders,maintainingoffice supplies, and promptly responding to employee requests.Also, you will be involved in the planning of company events.
You will coordinate with vendors, control inventory, track expenses, andoptimizeworkspace areas for efficiency. A key aspect of your role will involve effective communication with employeesand team members. Soft skills such as availability, communication, flexibility, multitasking, organization, precision, andgoodlevelin English are essential for success in this position.
Requirements Managing Orders:
Order Processing: Receive, review, and process orders for office supplies, equipment, and services.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and reorder supplies as needed.
Budget Management: Track expenses related to order
