HEAD is looking for a Sales Operations & Commercial Planning Specialist to join our Sportswear team in Milan.The HEAD Sportswear HQ in Milan manages both the HEAD Sportswear category (Tennis and Ski apparel) and Le Col, our premium cycling apparel brand.Le Col is primarily a DTC business currently entering a new phase of development, with the ambition to build and expand its wholesale presence alongside its established direct-to-consumer model.ROLEThis role operates across both HEAD Sportswear and Le Col, providing with a unique opportunity to support two businesses with different commercial models, channels and stages of development.This is a highly cross-functional position sitting at the intersection of Sales, Planning, Finance and Supply Chain, with the objective of turning data into actionable commercial insights.We are looking for someone who combines a strong analytical mindset with business curiosity and a proactive attitude. Someone who is comfortable working with numbers,



but equally comfortable discussing their implications with different stakeholders across the organization.As Sales Operations & Commercial Planning Specialist, you will support the commercial organization in planning, monitoring and improving business performance across markets and channels.You will work closely with Sales leadership, country teams, Finance, Supply Chain and other functions, providing visibility on commercial performance and helping translate data into concrete actions.RESPONSIBILITIESCommercial Performance & AnalyticsMonitor and analyze sales performance, bookings, forecasts, reorders and commercial KPIs across markets and channels.Analyze order intake, sell-in performance, inventory and product availability, identifying risks and opportunities.Develop clear dashboards, reports and analyses to support commercial and management decisions.Challenge assumptions and identify trends, inconsistencies and opportunities behind the numbers.Planning & ForecastingSupport the sales
