Amplifon is seeking a proactive and talented Global Procurement & Supply Chain Transformation Manager to drive operational excellence across our supplier network and our global supply chain. This role will lead key functional initiatives, optimize end-to-end processes, and support the standardization and transformation of procurement and supply chain activities across the organization.

Lead cross-functional projects aimed at transforming procurement and supply chain processes.



Drive and implement standardization of procurement and supply chain activities across regions and business units. Manage and enhance operational collaboration with key suppliers to ensure performance, service quality, and continuous improvement.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or technical field (Engineering, Economics, or related). 6-10 years of professional experience within structured, complex organizations. Proven experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain, ideally within the Retail sector. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Strong curiosity and willingness to explore new approaches and solutions. Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage information for decision-making and process improvement.

Excellent ability to connect information, insights, and relationships across teams and functions. Good stakeholder management skills, strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external suppliers. #
