As HSE Officer , you will respond to the H&S; Domestic Onshore Projects Manager and be part of the HSE Function within the HSE E&C; ONSHORE PROJECTS Department .
How can you support us? Implementation and Monitoring of the HSE System
Support the application of the Company HSE Policy and HSE Management System at the site.
Verify the adequacy of the Site HSE Plan, update documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA).
Supervise Subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with all applicable HSE procedures.
HSE Training, Awareness, and Communication
Organize and coordinate training activities, HSE meetings, and awareness programs.
Promote personnel indoctrination and the dissemination of HSE culture.
Inspections, Audits, and Incident Management
Plan and participate in inspections, audits, and HSE walk-arounds.
Manage incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
Reporting, Statistics, and Continuous Improvement
Prepare periodic HSE reports and update site statistics.
Monitor performance against objectives and propose recovery/improvement plans.
