JO&JOE; Roma is hiring through Hosco in Rome.? JO&JOE; is a brand created in 2017. Our ‘open houses’ combine the comfort of a hotel with the friendliness of a youth hostel. Caring, colourful, open living spaces.
Ideally located in international cities, our hostels offer an experience for travellers AND locals (rooftops, restaurants, bars, events, designer rooms at affordable prices). Floor Service: Welcoming guests, taking orders, upselling and providing table service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.Bar Support: Assisting the bar team with coffee service, basic drinks, and serving appetizers.Event Management: Setting up and serving during private parties, themed nights, and live music sessions.Guest Relations: Sharing knowledge about our menu and services.Operations: Ensuring the cleanliness, organization,
and aesthetic standards of the dining and common areas; end of day closure and reports, using CRM and operational system.Languages: Native Italian speaker; basic to conversational English (must be able to speak and understand English for basic daily guest interactions). A third language is a fantastic bonus.Soft Skills: A team player with a problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.Flexibility: Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.Vibe: A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and the unique, cosmopolitan atmosphere of modern hostels.What We OfferContinuous mentorship and practical growth in the F&B; and event sector.An international work environment with daily interaction with global travelers in central Rome.Financial Allowance: €800 net/month + €7.50 daily meal vouchers (Buoni pasto).
