VisionOur client company produces classic menswear, readymade clothes, and winter clothes in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Arab Gulf region.WorkplaceRiyadh, Saudi ArabiaMissionThe candidate we are looking for will head the factory with the aim of seeking continuous improvement and reducing operating costs.Job DescriptionPlan, organize and direct the activities of the production and workshop responsibleOptimize the productivity and the factory efficiency by improving quality standardsDefine policies and procedures guaranteeing their correct implementationProvide management updates on factory activitiesPropose new strategies for the development of the factoryRegularly collaborate with all workshop manager and related departmentsDevelop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity, quality standards, metrics and objectivesPlan, direct and monitor safety working standardsPrepare,



manage and control factory's monthly/yearly budgetDirect and supervise the managers activitiesDesign and discuss the performance program with the laboratory directorAnalyse and submit factory reports to managementMinimum RequirementsAt least 10 years of experience in the textile sectorConsolidated xrdztoy experience in similar rolesExperience in international contextsExcellent leadership skillsAbility to manage resourcesGood knowledge of the English languagePreferential RequirementsProblem solvingExperience in the roleClassificationThe remuneration package will be commensurate with the actual experience and in any case will be able to satisfy even the most qualified candidates.
