Your role We are looking for a Manager of Signal Processing to lead and evolve our signal processing organization for next many generations of Nuance hearing glasses.
This role is responsible for both classical DSP and AI‑driven audio processing, combining deep technical leadership with organizational development. Together with your teams, you will shape the algorithm roadmap, team structure, and development processes. Ensuring scalable, high‑performance solutions tightly integrated with embedded firmware and product architecture. The role operates across multiple sites and works closely with firmware, product and project management, audiology, and systems architecture teams. The role reports to head of R&D; Hearing solutions, a team in the global R&D; and Wearables category that focuses on the Nuance hearing glasses.
