Marriott International seeks an Early Careers & Recruitment Events Manager to build pipelines for internships, apprenticeships, Voyage, and direct entry roles across the EMEA region. You will design and deliver engaging recruitment events, partner with hotels and educational institutions, and drive youth engagement to accelerate hiring outcomes.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and collaborates with HR data, local HR teams, and external youth partners.
