This is a pivotal role for maintaining trusted relationships and scalable service in a global payments environment.Own and resolve client tickets and inquiries promptlyProactively manage cases to reduce new tickets and open issuesAdvocate for the client to meet or exceed KPIs and SLAsDrive improvements in client satisfaction and likelihood-to-recommendMonitor performance, identify trends, and implement actions to reduce demandTrack incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventative measuresCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiencyDeliver client education and training for usersProvide xysqume operational support to other teams as neededProduce and maintain SLA and performance reportingAdhere to and contribute to processes, procedures, and standardsPrevious experience in a customer-facing roleExperience in banking, payment processing, or payments-related customer service is strongly preferred
