They offer a fully customized service for their retailers and an unmatched customer service level through their offices and Account Managers across Europe.

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to promote the client's business and expand their retail client network in Italy. Promote client's VAT refund services in the assigned territory Expand the network of client's partners in Italy by affiliating new stores (premium shops, small and medium size retailers, retail chains) Organize client's VAT refund tools and technologies training sessions for store / POS personnel Identify and approach new market segments with the objective of improving overall profitability Qualifications 3-5 years experience in sales or business development roles in companies providing services to retailers Creative and self-motivated Fluent in Italian and English, or Italian and French
