About us
We build and operate modern, design-led hospitality concepts across hotels, coffee, and food & beverage. We move fast, operate hands-on, and build teams of people who take ownership early. This internship is not a classroom. It’s the floor.
The Role
This is a 6-month, full-immersion hospitality internship designed for people who want to learn by doing, not by watching. You won’t shadow. You will be part of the operation from day one. You’ll rotate across different parts of the business and gradually move from execution → autonomy → ownership.
What You’ll Learn:
Beyond the operational rotations, you'll take part in professional masterclasses covering topics such as Entrepreneurship & Systems Thinking, Culture & Branding, Hospitality Operational Excellence, Business Analysis , Hospitality Economics, and AI in Hospitality.
This programme is designed to provide more than just operational experience. You'll develop a holistic understanding of the hospitality industry, learning how businesses make commercial decisions, how departments collaborate to deliver exceptional guest experiences, and how operational excellence drives long-term business success.
Who You Are
● Student in a degree program (EU passport required/right to work)
● Interested in hospitality, operations, or service environments
● Comfortable working in fast-paced, hands-on settings
● Open to direct feedback and continuous improvement
● Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
Languages:
● English (required)
● Others are a plus.
What You’ll Do
You will rotate across multiple operational areas:
Hotel Operations
● Run check-ins and check-outs
● Handle reservations and guest communication
● Maintain daily operational standards
Restaurants & Food Concepts
● Support service across different restaurant formats (casual, events, high-flow ser vice)
● Assist with kitchen, service flow, guest experience, and floor coordination
● Learn timing, communication between kitchen & floor, and service standards
Food & Beverage (Breakfast & Events)
● Execute breakfast service
● Support event setup, service, and breakdown
● Work as runner during peak hours
● Maintain flow, cleanliness, and timing
Coffee Stations
● Operate coffee stations
● Deliver speed and quality under pressure
● Interact directly with customers
Support Operations
● Setup and stock management
● Execute checklists and maintain organisation
● Support cross-functional needs
Program Structure
● Duration: 6 months
● Throughout the programme, participants will gain practical experience across different hospitality environments, including hotels, coffee concepts, restaurants and other F&B; businesses within the ecosystem, allowing them to understand how the different parts of the industry connect and operate together.
Progression is earned, not automatic.
