BS/MS in Computer Science, Robotics, or other technical related fields.
5+ years of software development work experience.
Proficiency in Python, with a track record of building libraries, SDKs, or software frameworks.
Strong understanding of Robotics middleware,
specifically experience with ROS or ROS2 architectures.
Experience with Containerization (Docker) and orchestration within Linux-based systems.
High motivation and interest in pushing the boundaries of current technologies.
A "Developer Experience" mindset—you enjoy making complex systems easy for others to use.
Experience with C++ for performance-critical middleware components.
Experience with distributed messaging protocols and distributed systems.
Knowledge of MPU/MCU communication patterns, understanding how to architect software that interacts with real-time firmware subsystems.
Knowledge of Arduino or similar electronics.
