Mission
The Verification & Validation Engineer focuses on ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products through rigorous testing and verification activities. You will work closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to develop test plans, and execute test cases to validate software functionality and performance. The ideal candidate has a good background in software verification and testing methodologies, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions. Key Accountabilities
Test Planning and Strategy:
- Develop detailed test plans, test cases,



and test scripts based on requirements and design specifications.

Testing Execution:
- Execute functional, regression, performance, and system integration tests.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Identify, analyze, and document defects and inconsistencies in software behavior.

Verification Activities:
- Verify software requirements and design and ensure they are implemented correctly.
- Conduct static code analysis and review to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct dynamic analysis (timing and performance) to ensure execution timing requirements satisfaction

Validation Activities:
- Validate software functionality against defined SW requirements, user needs and intended use cases.
- Perform usability testing and ensure user interface consistency and intuitiveness.

Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain test doc
