To strengthen our team at the 5* ADLER Dolomiti in Ortisei, Val Gardena, we are looking for a Commis de Rang (f/m/d) starting in autuum 2026.

Your duties:
- You support the Chef de Rang during the service.
- You prepare and maintain the service areas properly in order.
- You ensure that the table and mise en place are always perfectly arranged.
- You assist guests with courtesy, professionalism, and a smile.
Your skills:
- You have a hotel school graduation.
- Good knowledge of Italian, English, and preferably German.
- Passion for hospitality with attention to guests' needs.
- You enjoy working in a team and interacting with your colleagues.
