Job Summary:
Nova Biomedical is seeking a Sales Manager, Clinical-Local to support the continued growth of our clinical business in South Korea. This role is responsible for developing and executing plans to grow market share, achieve annual sales targets, support distributors, and strengthen relationships with key customers across the clinical portfolio. Working closely with internal teams,



the Sales Manager will translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans, provide market intelligence, and drive business success through effective distributor management and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Drive achievement of annual sales targets by developing existing opportunities and generating new leads.
- Manage sales forecasting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Deliver and report market trend information to support strategic marketing initiatives.
- Support and manage distributors against established KPIs to achieve annual business objectives.
- Expand business opportunities through product portfolio development and establishment of new regional distributors.
- Define distributor field activities and develop strategic business plans to support growth.
- Coach distributors in areas such as product positioning, sales strategy, and customer support.
- Manage distributor inventory levels to support customer satis
