ABOUT THE ROLE

JOB TITLE: (Junior) Content Marketing Specialist

LOCATION: Milan (Hybrid)

TYPE OF CONTRACT: Fixed term of a year to start with - tempo pieno 40hrs/week

GROSS SALARY: up to 25K

Role Description

In this role, you’ll support the daily ideation and creation of content published across WeRoad’s channels in multiple languages.



You’ll work closely with the Marketing team to bring ideas to life and help shape our social media presence.

We’re looking for someone who’s genuinely passionate about social media, always up to date with the latest trends, and not afraid to share new ideas or experiment with fresh formats. You’re curious, creative, and enjoy turning what you see online into engaging content.

Your day-to-day activities will include researching topics and trends, developing new content formats, creating visuals and captions, and supporting the production of content across different platforms.

What You’ll Do:
- Support in the full content creation lifecycle for social media content: from ideation and concept development to production and publishing of videos, graphics and copy.
- Actively monitor social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Threads, emerging channels) to identify viral trends, cultural moments and real-time opportunities for instant and reactive marketing.
