As Talent Acquisition Partner for the DACH region , you will serve as the strategic Talent Acquisition advisor for business leaders across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Acting as point of contact for all regional business areas, you will help shape hiring strategies and ensure the successful delivery of recruitment through a combination of direct hiring expertise, external partner management and close collaboration with HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence.
You will play a key role in translating business priorities into talent acquisition plans, driving recruitment excellence, and continuously improving the quality,
efficiency and effectiveness of hiring across the region.
Serve as the trusted Talent Acquisition Partner for senior business leaders and HR Business Partners across the DACH region.
Translate business priorities into proactive hiring strategies and talent acquisition plans.
Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, salary benchmarking and talent availability to support business decisions.
Challenge hiring approaches where appropriate, ensuring alignment with business needs, organizational priorities and market realities.
Participate in workforce planning discussions to anticipate future hiring demand and critical capability needs.
