Comprised of more than 25 boutique brands, we are creating a more seamless way to connect the varying needs of our retail partners with the market clout and talents of our wholesale entities.

As a Internal Marketing Representative, you will provide administrative support for the Marketing Department and the Executive VP of Marketing.

How You Will Contribute
- Maintain a database of active insurance agents.
- Process new insurance agent setups and updates to existing insurance agents.
- Compile weekly and monthly reports for the marketing department.
- Maintain and update the insurance product catalog for each state in which the company conducts business.




- Provide administrative support to the marketing department.
- Prepare, format, and edit a variety of documents.
- Perform general office duties to include but are not limited to answering incoming phone calls and emails and ordering office supplies as needed.
- Prepare and coordinate the release of information blast provided to insurance agents.
- Develop and distribute materials related to sales, training, and marketing.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
