Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and organised Assistant Villa Manager to join our team at Constance Belle Mare Plage, a prestigious luxury resort destination in Mauritius. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support to the Head of Service and departmental leadership, ensuring the seamless operation of our villa accommodations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day villa management operations, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence that our guests expect.
Villa Operations - Assist the Villa Manager in the efficient day-to-day operation of all assigned villas. - Ensure that villas are prepared and maintained to the required luxury standards prior to guest arrival and throughout the stay. - Monitor the cleanliness, presentation, amenities, equipment and overall condition of villas. - Conduct regular villa inspections and follow up on any deficiencies. - Ensure all operational procedures, standards and checklists are consistently followed. - Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of maintenance, housekeeping and service-related issues. - Assist in monitoring villa readiness, arrivals, departures, special occasions and VIP requirements. - Ensure all guest preferences and requirements are properly communicated and followed through. Guest Experience - Deliver highly personalised and discreet service to villa guests. - Build strong relationships with guests and anticipate thei
