As Lead Field Application Engineer at Eaton, you will deliver customer-focused technical support and design assistance for Passive Electronics across EMEA. You’ll work with OEMs, distributors, and EMSs to translate needs into product improvements, training, and scalable solutions. You’ll travel to engage customers, support key accounts, and help shape product roadmaps through feedback. This role combines hands-on engineering with cross-functional collaboration to drive NBO success and market impact. distributors and EMSs and assist in system analysis and design proposals Translate customer needs to Commercial and R&D; teams to improve product design and specifications Deliver technical training to customers and distributor partners on technology, applications, and roadmaps Gather customer feedback to inform Product Management and roadmap development Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to identify opportunities and support NBO targets Prepare technical literature, application notes, and training materials Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering 10+ years of relevant experience Strong Power Management application knowledge across Automotive, Industrial, and Energy sectors Ability to travel frequently and work independently Good presentation skills and pressure handling Willingness to learn and develop continuously
