Responsibilities: Define and drive the global Operational Excellence ( Op Ex) strategy, roadmap, and governance framework, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and business priorities.
Lead the deployment and continuous evolution of the global Op Ex program across all regions, sites, and functions, ensuring sustainable adoption and long-term business impact.
Drive sustainable improvements in productivity, quality, cost, delivery, safety, and sustainability across all regions and functions through the application of Operational Excellence methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma.
Establish and maintain global Op Ex standards, methodologies, assessment processes, and performance management systems to measure, sustain, and continuously improve organizational performance.
Lead and develop the global Operational Excellence organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement, accountability, and performance excellence.
Develop and maintain a global Op Ex capability-building, training, and certification framework.
Coach senior leaders, plant leaders, and Op Ex practitioners to strengthen leadership capabilities and accelerate the adoption of Operational Excellence principles and behaviors.
Develop succession plans and talent pipelines for Operational Excellence leadership and specialist roles.
Support the integration of digital technologies, automation, AI, and data-driven decision-making into Operational Excellence programs.
Represent FHCS within the global Freudenberg Operational Excellence community, benchmarking best practices, and monitoring the business impact and ROI of improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
15+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or operational excellence Significant leadership experience in global,
multi-site environments Proven track record leading large-scale transformation initiatives Experience managing cross-functional and international teams Strong knowledge of Operational Excellence methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma, TPM, VSM, DMAIC, A3, 8 D, FMEA, and Hoshin Kanri.
Proven ability to lead transformation, change, and performance improvement initiatives in complex organizations.
Strong leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, and talent development skills.
Strategic, data-driven, and globally minded professional with excellent communication skills and business acumen.
Excellent written & verbal English skill
As a Global Role, the position can be based at any FHCS location, subject to business needs and local organizational requirements.
