The 3 PL Manager is responsible for theoperational management of third-party logistics (3 PL) relationships, ensuringthat distribution services — warehousing, picking, packing, and shipping —efficiently support the company's B2 B, retail, and e-commerce channels.
5-8+ years of experience inlogistics, supply chain, or 3 PL operator management, preferably infashion/apparel or retail Direct experience managing tendersor RFPs for logistics services Knowledge of WMS/TMS systems and EDIflows Strong analytical skills (advanced Excel; familiarity with BI tools a plus) Negotiation skills and experiencemanaging strategic supplier relationships Fluent in English; a second language(French/German) preferred given multi-market operations Willingness to travel Experience in private equity / valuecreation contexts, with reporting oriented toward board and financialstakeholders Knowledge of connected retail /marketplace distribution models (e.g. Zalando Partner Program) #J-*****-Ljbffr
