Jobtailor in Milano, Italy seeks a client services and project coordination professional to support assigned client groups from onboarding to go-live.
You will assist with implementation readiness, testing (UAT and conformance), and coordinate communications across client and internal teams.
The role requires 1-2 years in client services or operations, a solid grasp of financial markets, and fluency in Italian or French and English.
Experience with CRM and service management tools is a plus.
