/p pWe are looking for a bSupply Chain Process Optimization /bSpecialist to join our Team based in Calderara di Reno (BO).
/p h3bMISSION /b /h3 pEnsures the management, optimization, and continuous improvement of Supply Chain processes, guaranteeing alignment with best practices in planning, performance management, risk mitigation, and the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
Supports all functions involved in Supply Chain processes to ensure accurate data, consistent parameters, and a data-driven approach to operational decision-making.
/p h3bMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /b /h3 h3bPerformance Risk Management /b /h3 ul liDefines, monitors, and regularly updates Supply Chain KPIs to measure operational efficiency across the entire flow.
/li liCollects and analyzes performance data related to service levels, inventory, supplier punctuality, and lead times.
/li liIdentifies operational risks related to demand, supply, and internal processes, maps potential risks, and proposes mitigation plans.
/li liCollaborates with the functions involved to update the risk map and define corrective and preventive actions.
/li liCoordinates and supports internal and external audits of SC processes, prepares supporting documentation, and manages non-conformities.
/li liPrepares and periodically communicates performance reports to the relevant functions (e.g., Planning, Procurement, Operations, Finance).
/li /ul h3bOperational Parameters Maintenance /b /h3 ul liManages the configuration of key operational parameters (e.g., lead times, stock buffers, reorder levels, safety stock).
/li liDefines and applies product segmentation and classification logics (e.g., ABC/XYZ analysis) to optimize inventory policies and Supply Chain flows.
/li liUpdates and verifies the consistency and accuracy of master data (item master records, bills of materials, supplier price lists) to ensure alignment between the ERP and planning systems.
/li liCollaborates with IT and Planning functions to ensure that parameters are correctly entered into information systems.
/li liImplements regular checks to validate data quality and defines improvement plans to resolve any anomalies.
/li liSupports internal training to promote best practices in data and parameter management.
/li liAnalyzes end-to-end Supply Chain flows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies,
and resource waste.
/li liUses analytical tools, BI tools, and dashboards to identify trends, deviations, and potential areas for improvement.
/li liDevelops proposals for continuous improvement initiatives based on Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies.
/li liCoordinates improvement projects by defining work plans, objectives, deliverables, and monitoring progress.
/li liPromotes the adoption of innovative digital solutions to optimize the management of information and operational flows.
/li liEvaluates new technologies and Supply Chain automation tools and assesses their applicability to existing processes.
/li liShares results, lessons learned, and best practices with the functions involved to foster cross-functional improvement.
/li /ul h3bREQUIREMENTS /b /h3 ul liPrevious experience in a similar role /li liFluent in English language, both written and spoken /li liStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel /li liFamiliarity with SAP is considered an advantage.
/li /ul h3bCOMPENSATION PACKAGE /b /h3 pThe annual compensation for this position is b€35,000 - €40,000 /b, with additional benefits.br/This compensation range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including the scope of the role, required skills, relevant professional experience, qualifications, and level of responsibility.br/Additional information regarding compensation, benefits, and career progression criteria will be provided during the recruitment process.
