ppAcquera Yachting is consolidating its Venetian office structure and is looking for a highly motivated individual capable of tackling challenges alongside a team of professionals, in the role of Senior Concierge Manager.
As a Concierge based at the HQ and involved with the Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the ultimate satisfaction of our yacht customers by providing personalized services and crafting exceptional experiences.
/p h3Role /h3 pThe Concierge is responsible to deliver bespoke, top-tier tailored services to the client's personal preferences and lifestyle.
This includes managing luxury travel arrangements, organizing exclusive events, providing insider access to high-end experiences and ensuring every detail is meticulously handled.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liActing as the main point of contact, available 24/7 /li liAnticipating client needs and build strong,



trust-based relationships /li liPlanning and selling tailored high – end experiences with an in-depth knowledge of Venice /li liAssisting with the organizing of on-site events and ensuring their successful execution /li liEnsuring accurate quotations for services and obtaining client authorization /liliManaging invoices and coordinating with the Accounting Department /li liExpanding the supplier network and local specialists /li liSupporting the Operations Department in the formality procedures (if needed) /li liManaging information in compliance with GDPR regulations /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li5+ years of experience as Concierge /li liDeep knowledge of Venice and its surrounding areas /li liExceptional communication, discretion, adaptability, problem-solving and attention to detail /li liEmotional intelligence and ability to anticipate and exceed client needs /li /ul h3Locations /h3 pVenice, Italy /p pIf you are passionate about delivering outstanding service and creating unforgettable experiences, we invite you to join our team.
