ph3Your Role In Our Team /h3pAs a Product Portfolio Manager, you will drive the strategy, evolution, and lifecycle management of Körber Supply Chain's software portfolio for automated material handling solutions.
Leveraging your expertise in intralogistics software, you will translate market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities into a clear product vision and roadmap.
Working closely with RD, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Service teams, you will ensure our software solutions continue to deliver customer value while supporting Körber's long-term strategic objectives.
You will also champion the adoption of innovative software technologies across the organization and support the successful rollout of new digital solutions.
This role primarily focuses on K.oneX and the Parcel IT portfolio (LogX4) while also supporting legacy applications and future software additions through internal development, partnerships, or acquisitions.

/ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliDefine and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Körber's intralogistics software portfolio.
/liliConduct market analysis, benchmarking, and identify emerging technology trends.
/liliDevelop business cases, pricing strategies, and value propositions to maximize product profitability and market success.
/liliTranslate market and customer requirements into clear functional priorities for RD teams.
/liliDefine the product vision for Warehouse Management, Warehouse Control, Warehouse Execution, Fleet Management, Multi-Agent Orchestration, and Sortation software solutions.
/liliPrioritize development initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and strategic objectives.
/liliDrive portfolio lifecycle management, including product enhancements, upgrades, and end-of-life planning.
/liliEnsure software solutions are scalable, modular, upgradeable, and aligned with Körber's overall hardware and software portfolio.
/liliPromote technology synergies by encouraging the use of shared platforms and common software architectures.
/liliCollaborate closely with Product Management, RD, Sales, Strategic Marketing, Operations, Service, and Innovation teams to ensure successful product development and market adoption.
/liliSupport innovation initiatives by validating new concepts with customers and identifying future market opportunities.
/liliDevelop and maintain high-quality sales enablement, training, and product configuration materials.
/liliBuild strong relationships with technology partners, universities, industry associations, and customer innovation teams.
/liliLead and mentor a small team of specialist Product Managers while influencing cross-functional stakeholders within a global matrix organization.
/li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliBachelor's or master's degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
/liliMinimum of 8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Business Development, or a similar role within a technical environment.
/liliStrong expertise in intralogistics software, including solutions such as WMS, WCS, WES, MFC, FMS, MAO, or comparable warehouse automation technologies.
/liliSolid understanding of warehouse operations, automated material handling systems, and digital supply chain solutions.
/liliExperience building product roadmaps, defining business cases, pricing models, and lifecycle strategies.
/liliProven ability to translate customer and market requirements into successful software products.
