social media recruiting and Boolean search);Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews;Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels;Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
recruiting software and candidate databases;Solid organizational and time-management abilities;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;As a core team member, you will:Partner with customers to get a clear view of their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs;Design and customize hiring stages based on each position's requirements;Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
;Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities;Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries;Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion;Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed;Network and build long-lasting client relationships;Contribute to further development, change management in the company;Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.
