/p h3About The Role /h3 pAs a Monfacone Site Health and Safety Manager you will manage the definition and update of the Site Health and Safety rules.
You will assure that you consider the Westinghouse direction and the Italian national laws in the definition of the Site safety procedures.
You will also detail the plan to constantly increase the Safety awareness of the supervisors and the plant employees.
You will be responsible for the safety engineers (i.e. RSPP, ASPP) of the site.
/p pYou will report to the Site Leader and be located at Monfalcone, Italy.
You will also manage a team of 2.
This is an onsite role.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide direct leadership to the team of safety engineers to be sure rules are clear, understood and updated /li liPerform daily shop walkdowns to assure safety rules are respected /li liProvide direction to the on-site leaders and managers on Safety rules /li liCollect suggestions on safety improvements from the workers and supervisors /li liBe the central connection point between the site and the corporate functions for what relates to Health and Safety /li liRepresent the Italian legal entity in front of the Italian administration /li liReview investments and contracts to be sure they are following the applicable procedures /li liMaintain the emergency and safety procedures and assure everyone is trained /li liAssure appointments for safety-related or emergency situations are clearly identified /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field /li li8+ years of operations, RSPP, Safety experience in workshops /li liExperience leading safety programs /li liExecution leadership experience /li liCross-functional coordination /li liIntermediate English competency at B1 /li /ul h3Why Westinghouse?
