ppAs part of our growth and organizational development aroundbmajor industrial building projects /bas abGeneral Contractor /b, we are seeking a bPlanning Engineer /b in bMilan.
/b /p pYou will be responsible for optimizing project timelines at every stage, coordinating subcontractors on site, and proactively identifying risks and opportunities related to project scheduling.
/p h3More specifically, your main responsibilities will include: /h3 ul liDevelop detailed project execution plans and schedules; /li liManage the planning of complex, interconnected projects, including resource allocation and cost optimization; /li liMonitor project progress and implement schedule adjustments to ensure delivery on time and within budget; /li liChallenge construction methodologies and technical solutions to improve overall project performance; /li liWork closely with the Design and Construction teams to optimize project delivery schedules and cost efficiency; /li liAnticipate potential issues and adjust schedules to ensure the initial project timeline is maintained; /li liPrepare schedule reports and monitor project progress for the client, internal stakeholders, and project partners.
/li /ul pWith an engineering background in the construction industry, you have proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
/p pProficient in MS Project and Primavera P6, you possess a strong technical mindset and thrive in multicultural environments.
Fluency in Italian and English is required.
/p pMainly based on site, close to the construction activities, you arebopen to frequent travel across Italy /b.
