/p h3Position /h3 pThe Construction Manager will play a key role in supporting the development, tendering and execution of energy and infrastructure projects across the EMEA region.
Reporting to the Head of Construction EMEA, this role sits at the heart of the organization, acting as a bridge between technical, commercial, procurement and execution teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

/p pThe position is based in Italy, with travel across the EMEA region.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liScout, evaluate and manage construction and general contractors (GCOs),
supporting partner mapping, qualification and tendering activities in collaboration with Procurement, Business Development and Techsales teams.
/li liLead and coordinate GCO tendering processes, including preparation and management of subcontractor tender packages in line with global and local standards.
/li liPrepare, review and validate technical, commercial and contractual documentation, ensuring completeness, quality and timely submission.
/li liEstimate construction and installation budgets and support technical and commercial evaluations during bidding phases.
/li liIdentify, assess and mitigate construction?related risks during tendering and execution, maintaining updated risk registers and sharing key risks at global level.
/li liPrepare technical evaluation analyses, ensuring alignment with customer contracts and minimizing deviations, risks and criticalities.
/li liSupport the preparation and negotiation of contracts with GCOs and customers, working closely with Legal, Procurement and Commercial teams to ensure a back?to?back, risk?minimized approach.
/li liConduct site visits, site surveys and preliminary construction activities during the tendering phase.
/li liDefine construction and installation schedules, integrating contractor inputs and aligning with the overall project master schedule.
/li liEnsure a smooth handover from tendering to execution, supporting Project Managers and Site Managers during execution, including claims and variation management.
/li liCoordinate remotely with Site Managers during execution and, when required, act as on?site Site Manager within the EMEA region.
/li liDrive continuous improvement of construction management processes,
reporting metrics and best practices.
/li liEnsure full integration of HSE procedures, promoting a strong safety culture across contractors and subcontractors.
/li liAct as a key interface with internal teams, clients and third parties, providing regular updates and reports throughout tendering and execution phases.
/li /ul h3Education Experience /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering preferred).
/li liMinimum 5 years of experience in construction management or similar roles.
/li liProven experience in multidisciplinary and medium/large?scale energy or electrical projects, including on?site activities.
/li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of international standards, EPC contracts and project management principles.
/li liExperience in negotiating complex construction contracts and managing major procurement processes.
/li liSolid understanding of Health Safety requirements and risk mitigation practices.
/li /ul h3Location /h3 pHybrid remote and Offices Milan.
