ph3Technical Advisory Project Engineer (Open) /h3pVector Renewables is seeking an experienced renewable energy professional to join the Technical Advisory team in Italy.
The role involves providing technical support for Technical Due Diligence processes (MA transactions, Project Finance and other activities) with a focus on wind projects.
The position will be based in the Milan office, with desktop analysis and occasional onsite visits.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliPerform Technical Due Diligence for wind projects at various development stages.
/liliConduct site visits to assess terrain, restrictions, and other constraints.
/liliMonitor construction projects to identify deviations.
/liliVisit operational projects to identify long-term issues.
/li /ulh3Key Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's degree in engineering (MSc a plus).
/lili?5 years of professional experience in the wind energy sector.
/liliExperience in project development, management, and technical due diligence.
/liliKnowledge of electrical and civil design review, site assessment, and contract review.
/liliOperational performance analysis and wind turbine inspections.
/liliGrid connection procedures.




/liliFluency in Italian and English; additional languages a plus.
/liliCommercial mindset and bidding experience.
/liliWillingness to travel and spend short periods onsite.
/liliProficiency with Microsoft Office.
/liliValid driving license.
/li /ulh3Additional Requirements /h3ulliChartered Engineer qualification a plus.
/liliTechnical knowledge of PV and BESS projects a plus.
/liliExperience with WindPro, WindSim, WAsP and PVsyst.
/liliExperience in energy yield assessments of wind and PV projects.
