/p pJOIN US ON THE JOURNEY TO BUILD BEYOND POSSIBLE /p h3Who we are looking for /h3 pAs a Customer Success Engineer, you will act as a trusted advisor in the post-sales phase, supporting customers in design, process, and software-related topics.
/p pIn this role, you will work at the intersection of customers and internal technical teams, supporting the effective adoption and use of Caracol's solutions.
You will be involved in day-to-day customer support activities, ensuring timely and high-quality assistance while helping customers maximize the value of our technologies and contributing to customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
/p h3Few examples of responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as a key point of contact for customers in the post-sales phase, ensuring timely and effective support /li liSupport the resolution of technical issues related to applications, software, and manufacturing processes, coordinating with internal teams when needed /li liProvide consultative guidance on design workflows, processes, and software tools to drive effective adoption of Caracol's solutions /li liCollect and structure customer feedback, identifying recurring issues and opportunities for improvement /li liMonitor customer activity and engagement, contributing to a proactive and structured post-sales follow-up /li /ul h3Ideal Background /h3 ul liDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field /li li2–3 years of experience in roles such as Application Engineer, Design Engineer, Customer Success, or Technical Support within industrial or manufacturing environments /li liSolid experience in industrial contexts; exposure to Additive Manufacturing is a plus /li liExperience in 3D modelling, with knowledge of Rhinoceros as a plus /li liGood understanding of design processes, software tools, and manufacturing workflows /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented mindset /li liFluency in English and Italian is mandatory /li /ul h3Other requirements /h3 ul liAvailability to travel occasionally to customer sites /li /ul h3What we offer: /h3 ul liSalary range: €******–€******, depending on experience /li liFlexible working hours and smartworking /li liOpportunity for career advancement /li liFriendly, international and innovative work environment /li liContinuous learning and development opportunities /li /ul pCaracol is an equal opportunity employer.
