/p h3Your role /h3 ul liWelcoming guests and managing the relationship throughout their stay /li liHandling bookings, availability and guest flows through our management systems (PMS/channel manager) /li liAnticipating requests and proactively managing needs and issues /li liCoordinating the department's daily operations and the team /li liMonitoring guest satisfaction and online reviews /li /ul h3What we are looking for /h3 ul liExperience in guest relations,
