pWe are seeking a strongField Service Technician /strong responsible for the strongservice, maintenance, retrofitting, and installation /strong of Ingersoll's strongAFP (Automated Fiber Placement) /strong and strong3DP (3D Printing) /strong machine tools across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
This role involves both strongremote /strong and strongon-site support /strong, ensuring that customer assets perform to the highest standards and maintaining customer satisfaction.
/ppstrongWhat You'll Do: /strong /pulliPerform on-site service, maintenance, and installations of high-tech AFP and 3DP machinery.
/liliTroubleshoot technical issues remotely and in-person.
/liliSupport retrofit projects and machine upgrades.
/liliEnsure machines meet performance standards and optimize uptime for clients.
/liliBuild strong relationships with customers and provide professional after-sales support.
/li /ulpstrongProfile Requirements: /strong /ppstrongMust-Haves: /strong /pulliMaximum 3 years of experience.
/liliBased near strongMilan /strong for proximity to CAM and INNSE-BERARDI operations.
/liliWilling to strongtravel internationally up to 70% /strong, with assignments lasting up to 1 month.




/liliSolid knowledge of strongPLC and CNC systems /strong (Siemens experience preferred).
/liliPrior experience in a strongmechatronics-related company /strong (not necessarily in machine tools).
/liliFamiliarity with strongrobot operation /strong, stronginstallation /strong, and strongmechatronics start-ups /strong.
/li /ulpstrongNice-to-Have Skills: /strong /pulliAbility to strongtroubleshoot wiring /strong and strongelectrical systems /strong.
/liliExperience with strongservo-activated systems /strong (fluid and electrical).
/liliUnderstanding of strongclosed and open-loop axis control /strong.
/liliExperience with strongCNC/PLC software loading /strong, logic debugging, and parameter configuration.
/liliKnowledge of strongCNC axis compensation /strong for machine geometry.
/liliExperience with strongAFP, ATL, LFAM technologies /strong.
/liliFamiliarity with strongcomposite materials /strong (especially hand lay-up processes).
