/p pThis fine-dining concept is hiring an Executive Sous Chef with strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen safety and sanitation, effective time management and quality control.br/ /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liSourcing ordering and receiving the highest quality ingredients /li liDeveloping, teaching, and maintaining all recipes and techniques /li liOrganizing a large team and holding each chef accountable for their responsibilities /li liOverseeing and maintaining a smooth professional service /li liMaintaining all kitchen equipment and following up for any repairs needed /li liMaintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization /li liOverseeing scheduling and inventory to work within a set budget /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liMinimum 3 years of experience in a managing capacity /li liPrevious experience in Michelin-starred (1, 2, or 3) and/or NY Times (2 or more stars)
