the team delivers programmes ranging from feature demos to full deployments, supporting finance, hr and planning on a single enterprise cloud.
/ph3About the role /h3pyou will act as a trusted workday advisor, assisting customers with configuration questions, troubleshooting, and feature demonstrations.
you will create presentations, run accelerator webinars, provide optimisation packages, and conduct tenant reviews to accelerate feature adoption.
/ph3Primary responsibilities /h3ulliresearch customer questions and related workday concepts.
/lilideliver small?scope consulting engagements, including configuration guidance, demos, tips and tricks.
/lilitroubleshoot product configuration to meet business requirements.
/lilicommunicate solutions and value clearly to customers.
/liliprepare and deliver presentations on workday features.
/lilirun accelerator webinars and one?on?one guidance sessions.
/lilireview tenant setups to identify adoption opportunities.
/lilimaintain workday expertise and certifications.
/lilicontribute to new programmes that drive feature adoption.
/liliprovide office hours consulting, configuration reviews and deployment support.
/lilitravel up to 20% of the time.
/li /ulh3About you /h3ulli5+ years of it implementation experience.
/lili5+ years with workday financials and reporting (composite reporting, building reports, etc.).
/lili2+ years in software consulting.
/liliworkday certification (or ability to certify) in reporting, financials or prism.
/lilistrong communication skills in english, both verbal and written.
/liliability to simplify complex concepts and deliver effective presentations.
/liliexcellent critical?thinking and multitasking abilities.
/lilibachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred).
/li /ulh3Location compensation /h3pbased in milan, italy.
base salary range €54,900 – €82,300, with premio, stock grants and flexible?work benefits.
/pulliflexible workhybrid model: at least 50% of time each quarter in the office or on?site with customers, the remainder can be remote.
