/ph3Job Description /h3pDue to growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients, Turner Townsend's Cost Management division in Italy requires a suitably qualified and experienced Senior Cost Manager / Cost Manager to join our team.

/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliOversee the entire cost management process, from initial budget development to final project closeout.
/liliCollaborate closely with project teams to accurately estimate costs, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports.
/liliConduct comprehensive cost analyses and recommend strategies for optimizing project budgets.
/liliEvaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to cost control measures.
/liliProactively identify potential risks, propose mitigation strategies, and monitor their implementation.
/liliFoster strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to achieve cost efficiencies.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliStrong English skills required + Italian advantageous /liliTechnical knowledge of Hi Tech, Manufacturing, Industrial, Data Centres or other related facility asset types for period of 5 years for CM, 10 years for SCM and above /liliGood knowledge of all methods of construction and procurement /liliExperienced with, or managing team that uses multiple estimating tools and applications /liliStrong experience with spreadsheets and databases /liliCollaborative approach, able to develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, internally and externally /liliGood organization skills with the ability to multi-task /liliDemonstrated strong listening and communication skills /liliProven cost and/or commercial management experience, ideally within a consultancy environment /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3pOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
